This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is for California residents and supplements the information contained in Instadapp’s Privacy Policy located here and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (consumers or you).
This Notice has been adopted in accordance with the current requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice, unless otherwise defined herein. Any other terms that we may use that are not already defined in the CCPA and are capitalized but not defined herein shall have the meaning provided in our Privacy Policy.
If there are any conflicts between this Notice and any other provision of the Privacy Policy, the policy or portion that is more protective of you shall control to the extent of such conflict.

We may share or disclose your Personal Information to third parties as described in our Privacy Policy under the sections entitled “How Instadapp Shares Personal Information.” When we share or disclose Personal Information for a business purpose to unaffiliated third parties, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
Disclosures of Personal Information for a Business Purpose
In the preceding twelve (12) months, Instadapp’s service may have disclosed the following categories of Personal Information for a business purpose, primarily to our own agents or third-party services you interact with using our Services:
Sales of Personal Information
For the purposes of the CCPA, “selling” information broadly means instances where we share Personal Information with partners in exchange for valuable consideration, which can include consideration that is not limited to an exchange of money for Personal Information.
If we disclose that we may have sold Personal Information, it means that we may have received some kind of benefit to our company in return for sharing Personal Information. In response to a verified consumer request for categories of Personal Information "sold" we investigate and provide an individualized response to the consumer rather than a generic reference to our general practices outlined in this Notice, unless our response would be the same for all consumers and this Notice or our Privacy Policy discloses all the information that is otherwise required for the response to such a consumer request.
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold your Personal Information.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, in our discretion, we may consider requests made through a password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to Personal Information associated with that specific account.
We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestors identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer requests receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
